Saturday 2nd March was the day that Vicky and Sam chose for their wedding day, and considering that this time last year was the ‘beast from the east’ where we had a huge amount of snowfall we were very lucky and had a beautiful March day with the sun making an appearance.
Bridal preparation took place at Vicky and Sams family home.
The couple married at All Saints church in Easington which is just a 2 minute drive from their chosen wedding venue Grinkle Park. It was my first visit to the church, and it was lovely to be able to capture all of the moments of the relaxed service.
Vicky and Sams wedding reception was held at Grinkle Park Hotel, and I know I have said it before but I just love photographing weddings at Grinkle Park with the stunning grounds, relaxed setting and not only that but the care you receive from the staff is second to none, and exactly what you would want to receive on a wedding day.
A special mention has to go to the stunning flowers! I always get excited when I know Rebecca from The Countryside Florist is making the flowers as I just know they will be amazing!
Working alongside my trusty second shooter Chrissy, we managed to make the most of the grounds in no time at all.
